What to wear under there?

What to wear under there:

If you have a similar dress you can just use a little double-sided Hollywood Fashion Tape to keep the dress from falling away from your bust. You may also want to use some nipple covers such as Low Beams to keep the outline of your nipples from peeking through the dress material.

Lastly if you want a little push up, the Cleavage cupcakes are enhancers to give that extra oomph.

Recommended for: Women with petite or medium size breasts who don’t need a super supportive bra or whose breast shape is less full in the center of their chest.

Wearing The Wrong Bra Can Be Bad For Your Health

It is known that approximately more than 80% of women use a wrong sized bra. The continue use of these bad fitting bras can cause health problems in the short and long term.

A loose fitting bra can cause sagging. Sagging occurs when the ligaments that support the breasts are weakened due to lack of correct support from the bra.

On the other hand, if the bra is too tight it breaks down the breast tissue leading to premature sagging.

Other consequences of using the incorrect size of bra include:

  • Rashing
  • Chafing
  • Back pain/strain

Bra Fitting Issues

It is known that about 80% of women wear bras that do not fit them correctly. The continue use of an incorrect bra size can take a toll on the health of its owner.

The good news is that these issues can be avoided through regular bra fittings. Breast sizes change due to weight fluctuation, pregnancy, and of course the natural process of aging.

This article provides useful tips to find out if you are in the correct size bra or not, by looking at your current straps, the bands, and cups.
